Viewing Consumption Reports #
Monitor and analyze how your SMS credits are being used over time.
Step 1: Access the Consumption Section #
- Navigate to “Consumption” → “Consumption” from the main menu.
Step 2: Generate a Report #
Use the available filters to customize your report:
- Date Range – Choose the start and end dates for the reporting period.
- Route – Filter results by specific SMS routes.
- User – (For admin accounts) Filter consumption by specific users.
Step 3: Analyze and Export Data #
- View usage trends through graphs and charts.
- Export the data for record-keeping or deeper analysis.
- Keep track of credit usage patterns to optimize your messaging strategy.
