Viewing SMS Reports #

Track the performance and delivery status of your messages using the Reports section.

Step 1: Access the Reports #

• For DLT SMS reports: go to “DLT SMS” → “Reports”

• For Quick SMS reports: go to “Quick SMS” → “Reports”

Step 2: Filter the Report Data #

Use the available filters to narrow down your results:

• Date Range – Select the desired start and end dates.
• Status – Filter by delivery status (e.g., Delivered, Failed, Pending).
• Sender ID – View messages sent from a specific sender ID.
• Route – Filter by the SMS route used.

Step 3: View and Export Details #

• Click on any SMS entry to view its detailed delivery report.

• Use the export option to download reports for your records or analysis.
