How do I invite teammates?
All SMSLocal plans — including the free tier — include unlimited team seats with role-based permissions for Marketer, Agent, Developer, Finance, and custom roles.
There is no per-seat fee on any SMSLocal plan. Invite as many teammates as you need, and restrict what each one can do with granular roles.
Built-in roles
- Owner — full access to billing, DLT, team and all channels.
- Admin — everything except billing and account deletion.
- Marketer — can create and send campaigns, no billing or DLT access.
- Agent — inbox-only; handles WhatsApp and chat replies, no campaign access.
- Developer — API keys and webhooks, no marketing or inbox access.
- Finance — invoices, top-ups and usage reports only.
Enterprise plans also support custom roles, SSO with your IdP, and SCIM provisioning so access is revoked automatically the moment someone leaves your HR system.
