How do I send my first SMS?
Use the composer in your dashboard to send a one-off SMS to a verified test number before going live.
Before you can send to real customers, your Principal Entity and at least one content template must be approved on DLT. While those are in progress, you can send to verified test numbers you add to your account — these do not need template approval.
From the dashboard
- 01Open Campaigns → New campaign → Single SMS.
- 02Pick a sender ID. On test mode, use TESTSL; on live, pick an approved six-character header.
- 03Choose an approved template or type your message (test mode only).
- 04Enter the destination mobile number with the country code (e.g. +91 98XXXXXXXX).
- 05Click Send. Delivery report lands in under 30 seconds for Indian operators.
