Syncing your product catalogue to the agent
Connect Shopify or WooCommerce via webhook for sub-minute catalogue sync, or poll Magento every 15 minutes. The agent then answers stock, pricing, and variant questions live.
When your catalogue is live-synced, the agent can answer 'is this in stock', 'what's the price', and 'do you have it in red, size L' accurately in the moment the customer asks.
Sync options

- CSV upload — for one-off or lightly changing catalogues. Manual refresh.
The agent also cites the live product URL in its reply so customers can tap straight through to the product page in a WhatsApp Flow card or button.
