Setting up a multilingual AI agent

The agent auto-detects the language of each incoming message and replies in the same language using your trained tone. No separate 'Hindi agent' or 'Tamil agent' setup is required.
Languages supported end-to-end
- English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese.
- Transliterated Hinglish — 'kitne ka hai', 'order kab ayega' etc. — detected as Hindi.
- Mixed-language messages handled gracefully; the agent replies in the primary language.
When the AI hands off to a human agent who doesn't speak the customer's language, the inbox shows the original message plus a translation above it, and your typed reply goes back to the customer in their language automatically.
