Changing your plan
Upgrade for a lower per-message rate or downgrade to the next bracket at any time. Changes are pro-rated to the day with no termination fees or minimum-commitment penalties.
Plans on SMSLocal control volume commitments and negotiated per-message rates, not feature gates. Every feature is on every plan. Upgrading gets you a lower per-message rate; downgrading moves you to the next lower bracket on the first of next month.
To change plan
- 01Billing → Plan → Change plan.
- 02Pick the target plan. You see the new per-message rates and the monthly minimum commitment (if any).
- 03Confirm. Upgrade takes effect immediately; downgrade at the start of next cycle.
- 04Any pro-rated adjustment shows on the next invoice.
Enterprise customers with custom contracts should email their account manager — changes are made within one business day.
