How to appeal a rejected DLT template

If a DLT template rejection looks wrong, appeal with your use-case context and customer journey details. About 70% of legitimate appeals succeed and resolve within 24–48 hours.

Operators allow one or two appeals per rejected template. A well-worded appeal that cites the use case and provides context is much more likely to succeed than a blunt resubmission.

What to include in the appeal

  1. 01The original template text and category.
  2. 02The specific rejection reason you're contesting.
  3. 03A plain-English description of the customer journey that triggers this message.
  4. 04An example of the fully-filled-in message (what the end user actually sees).
  5. 05Why the category is correct — who opted in, when, on what form.

We're happy to draft the appeal for enterprise customers. Submit a support ticket with your template ID and we'll get it in the queue within a business day.
